PERSONAL
We meet with the client and discuss their tax situation. Obtain all the T 4’s and information slips. Then we prepare their income tax return and efile it to Revenue Canada. We then proceed to build and maintain an accurate financial file for the client’s future needs.

COUPLES
Same as personal but we include the spouse financial records.

BUSINESS
We attend the office of the company. While their we discuss the goals of the firm and gather up the necessary information. We then calculate and prepare the companies financial statements, payroll T 4’s, GST / PST and income tax returns. Produce a written or verbal report on the companies financial status.

CORPORATE
Same as business but we include the principals personal taxes as well as the corporate federal and provincial tax returns.

REGISTER COMPANY NAME
Meet with the client and discuss the nature of the proposed venture. Seek out the preferred name the client whishes to register and make helpful suggestions if needed.

SETUP BOOKS SOLE PROPRIETOR
Meet with the client. Discuss the proposed venture and customize a set of accounts to suit the endeavor.

SETUP BOOKS CORPORATE
Same as sole proprietor but dedicated to a corporate structure.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Meet with the client to collect all the financial information. Then we compile, calculate and prepare the financial statements for the company. Then prepare the GST / PST returns as necessary.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ( AUDITED )
Same as above only we physically inspect the company records and books.

BOOKKEEPING ( MONTHLY )
We gather all financial information and enter them into the company records. We then keep an accurate accounting of the operation including statements.

PAYROLL ( MONTHLY )
We gather all payroll data and enter it into the payroll records (manual / electronic). Then we produce the payroll cheques and keep an accurate record.

BOOKKEEPING / PAYROLL ( MONTHLY )
A combination of the two above.

AGREEMENTS PRINTED
We prepare and print Labour Lease and Broker agreements as instructed by the client.

LABOUR LEASE INVOICES PRINTED
We design and print up the clients Labour Lease invoices.

SOFTWARE
Any software the client needs we will supply it as necessary.
